Elegant and stylish 'Colonial' Flip-Top occasional / coffee table in rosewood by Ole Wanscher for Poul Jeppesen dating from the 1960s.

The top is veneered in attractively figured rosewood which can be flipped over to reveal a black lacquered surface if that is preferred. It stands on round section legs joined by stretchers all in solid, well-figured rosewood.

Labels for 'Danish Control' and Ole Wanscher / Poul Jeppesen are attached to the inside of the underframe.

Dimensions: 75 cm width x 50 cm depth x 53 cm height

Condition: The table is in very good condition with all joints firm. The top appears to have been repolished in recent years and there is a small veneer repair to the rosewood at one of the narrow side edges. There are no lifting veneers but there are some fine splits to the black veneered surface. Please contact us if you would like to see some additional photographs.
