Rare large late 19th.c. pine chest of drawers retaining the original trompe l’oeil paintwork. Of beautiful mellow colour and decorated so it appears to be inlaid and crossbanded with reeded columns all of which are paint effects. Great looks and a very practical piece of antique furniture with plenty of storage space. Excellent condition with original turned knobs, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
