We are offering this lovely pair of 19th Century French Twin Arm Candelabra in Ormolu. They have circular bases, from which issue forth central trumpets filled with an abundance of fruit, flowers and leaves and around which twine grapevines, leading to the upward curving reeded arms. The foliate drip pans are supported bt sconces in the style of open flowers, ornamented with floral swags. One of these is marked C C, and the other has C 785 underneath.

We have just viewed the identical pair of candelabra, with replacement drip pans, for sale on an antique site in the USA for £1,289.
