Pair of Antique Majolica Porcelain Plant Stands
A stunning pair of antique and vintage porcelain plant stands. These are quite different in style and age, but they sit very nicely together.
Both are beautifully made with stunning colours, they both have a plant pot that sits on top of a vertical column.
The larger green pot and stand were made in England, it dates from the late Victorian / Art Noveau period of 1890-1910. It is signed beneath the pot ‘England’.
The smaller brown pot was made in West Germany and dates from the 1960’s, it is also signed beneath the pot ‘West Germany. Bay – 673 22’.
Both of these have stunning patterns, colours and a gorgeous glazed finish. They are also both in excellent condition, with no damage to be seen.
Large green stand:
Width – 12 inches , 31 cm
Height – 32 inches , 82 cm
Smaller brown stand:
Width – 9 inches , 23 cm
