Fabulous pair of antique Swedish satin birch armchairs of very high quality & in great condition. They have well shaped Trafalgar backs with scroll over arms & sit on sabre legs. The central splat has a strongly carved decoration. I would date these chairs to around the 1870-80’s period & they are one of the nicest examples of this model I have had. These chairs have just been polished & re-upholstered. They are very strong looking & stylish chairs.
