Pair of Antique Victorian Landscape Oil Paintings
An absolutely stunning pair of antique Victorian oil paintings in beautiful gilt wood frames. These are signed by the artist S. Williams, they date from around the 1880-1900 period.
The paintings are beautifully executed with incredible technique, they depict countryside scenes in the woods. They have beautiful colour tones and make a gorgeous pair. The gilt wood frames are equally beautiful and are of very fine quality.
The overall condition is very good for their age, the paintings have some very minor wear and patina on the very outer edges. The gilt wood frames also have some minor wear and distressing here and there, commensurate for age.
