Pair of antique Victorian walnut bedside chests in good condition & dating from around the 1890's period. I believe these were adapted at some point from a desk or dressing table, but they still are original items. The tops & drawer fronts are burr walnut, with a lovely pattern. The drawers are graduated in depth & have original brass handles. The top edges of the fronts are nicely carved with grooving running down below that & they sit on plinth bases.
