Fabulous pair of original Swedish Art Deco armchairs that are very comfortable & extremely stylish. As you probably know, I get a lot of these types of chairs from Sweden, but these are not the norm, mainly because of the very wide shaped satin birch arms. The feet too are flared out. They have been French polished & completely re-upholstered in a taupe coloured fabric. They also have fully coil sprung seats, not like the new equivalents, which will only last you 5 years. These will last a lifetime. They date to around the 1930’s period & are in good condition throughout.
