Pair of French Empire armchairs
Very good pair of French Empire mahogany armchairs, circa 1840.
Fantastically carved and scrolled sweeping arms into the front legs.
Great colour and a very comfortable, good size pair of armchairs.
The upholstery has been very recently done and is in good condition.
Measuring:
36 1/2'' or 93cm high
24'' or 61cm wide
23'' or 58.5cm deep
17'' or 43cm seat height
Delivery to most England, Wales and Scotland addresses at £55 +vat, but please send me your postcode if you are a bit remote or coastal as it could be more...or you are very welcome to collect from me in Uppingham, Rutland Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!
