Circa early 1800s, a pair of French Louis XV-style walnut and beech armchairs (fauteuils). The oval upholstered back is within fluted frames and has a small foliate crest, leading on to shaped, partly upholstered open arms on fluted shaped supports. They have overstuffed upholstered seats which are over fluted seat rails. Standing on fluted cabriole legs with carved foliate knees. The arms will need recovering.
