Description: Pair of antique Neapolitan candelabra in gilded and carved wood belonging to the second half of the 18th century.

The central baluster body is inspired by the shapes of a classic vase or urn with richly decorated lateral handles.

The shaft is fluted with decorative bulbous knots typical of the Baroque style and is enriched by numerous curved arms ending with multi-level lamp holders.

The three-legged base has curved legs and lion's paw feet.

The front part of the base has a star in relief, a decorative symbol that could have a symbolic or heraldic meaning or simply ornamental.

Condition: Good condition.

Origin: Naples, early 18th century.

Measurements: 95x70 H205cm.
