A Large solid Oak framed pair of medieval hall type carver armchairs...with hand turned barley twist legs, frames and backs with carved back panels....these are in the Victorian manner but where actually ordered and Bespoke made for a well to do client in the late 1980s by a local cabinet workshop called Clover Antiques just outside our home base of Newmarket, Suffolk.

The chairs have 'throne like' style due to their slight oversizing with comfortable upholstered and brass studded seats in a good burnished green vinyl leather, which means they lend themselves to be useful end of the dining table chairs or perhaps even better fireside chairs with your Gandalf style pipe and cup of mead.

General wear and tear with overall good colour a snip at the original order cost which I know to have been over £500 each, so grab yourself a bargain as these are priced to sell as a pair.

Please Note: The Christmas table 'setup' photo is from 2020 when I used these carver armchairs for our Christmas day lunch etc. At the heads of the oak draw leaf table and with 4 other oak dining chairs which are both also available in my listings on here, so have a look because as a set they where great !
