A superb pair of mahogany and inlaid pedestal bedside chests from the renown makers Maples & Co. of London. Paris, Buenos Airies and by Royal Appointment. The rectangular cross banded tops having boxwood and ebony line inlaid stringing with moulded edge. The 4 graduated figured mahogany drawers with conforming boxwood and ebony stringing, turned pulls and ivorine escutcheons and the whole raised on plinth bases. Mahogany lined with working locks and keys and in excellent condition. Dimensions:- Height…29.75’’/ 71cm. Width…15’’/ 38cm. Depth…13.75’’/ 35cm. Delivery to most of U.K. mainland £55.
