Exceptional pair of mid 20th.c. table lamps c.1950. Polished white marble bowl with beautifully cast brass mounted tops each featuring a pair of birds with a garland of flowers in their beaks. Brass stem with leaf pattern and wreath, raised on a stepped brass and marble plinth with pattered beaded mouldings. Of superior quality and impressive weight. Excellent condition, with a few small pits to the bowls. Cleaned and rewired and sold with a PAT test certificate.
