Beautiful pair of 19th century Nepalese window shutters, c1890.

Hand carved and painted with a depiction of Buddha these are highly decorative and would suit a modern or traditional setting. The colours are still vibrant and and the painting is well composed and executed.

Overall condition is good in line with age and use. There are small losses to the paint and surface wear, mainly around the edges, very minor and exactly as you would expect from old examples.
