A fine pair of carved giltwood wall brackets. The pair are typically Florentine with copious foliate scrolls in the rococo manner. The pair are of small size and most likely for the display of porcelain. The condition is good with the original gilding and some old restoration to one with a replacement scroll. The brackets are a delightful pair, of good quality, and with a huge decorative appeal. C.1900.
