Circa 1870, pair of Victorian walnut and burr walnut bedside pedestals. With mirror matched burr walnut veneers and a simple moulded edge above a configuration of 4 full length burr walnut faced drawers, with turned knob handles. It has a simple beading below the first drawer which runs around the sides, and beneath the bottom drawer they stand on an enclosed plinth which is veneered in burr walnut.
