A good quality, late 19th.C figured oak pedestal partners desk. One side with 9 drawers, the reverse with 3 drawers and 2 cupboards. The cross banded oak top with a replaced hand dyed green leather writing surface with gold and blind tooling. All the drawers have applied mouldings and original cast brass handles with working locks and keys by Hobbs & Co. The whole standing on off set plinth bases with hidden castors. This quality ex-solicitors desk has mahogany linings and was originally supplied by Trevor Page & Co. of Norwich (see label). In A1 condition. Sizes- Width..54''..137cm. Depth..38.5''..98cm.
