Pine Blanket Box
Victorian pine blanket box .This box has been hot caustic stripped ,leaving it clean and free of live woodworm , then polished with wax ,leaving it a lovely golden colour .Their are no loose joints , and the top fits tight . Also their is no smell inside the box, making it ideal for storage of clothing .Its also ideal for a coffee table /storage trunk/toy box /sewing box etc...
This box is dovetailed , and fitted with the original handles to the side .It has a candle box inside with a lid , and lovely old hinges holding the lid.
