Collection of five ribbed glass silvered foil shop display lights from the 1920s/30s. British made be the General Electric Co.
The brand of the lights is called Gecoray as in G.E.C o'Ray. The silver ribbed glass makes a wonderful effect and is ideal for kitchens,study etc.
One shade has a small surface chip near to the rim (see image).
The bulb fitting is the standard bayonet 22mm diameter B22.
All lights have new quality manufactured English bulb holders with new 3-core cotton braided flex (1 metre).
The lights have a tilt design due to asymmetrical design which was ideal for shop displays (see image).
Size 23cm height, 23cm diameter
Lights are available at £150 each.
