These late 19th century satinwood antique tables are a most pretty pair, with delightful hand painted polychrome detail to the solid satinwood. The tables are a lovely golden colour and are beautifully painted with pretty floral central designs, harebells to the freize and tulips rising up the central columns of the antique tables. The tops of the wine tables have slightly altered in shape over the years so are not quite true and the surface of one does have some minor staining and discolouration (best seen in photo 5) but this does not really detract from these ever so pretty tables. The bases are particularly attractive with crisp cast gilt metal hairy paw claw feet and further pretty painted detail adorning the tripart base.
The tables measure 64 cms high and are 35 cms in diameter.
