Quality Antique Chinese Hardwood & Marble Table / hardwood oriental carved %%alt5%% %%alt6%%
This is a super quality Chinese hardwood table or urn stand with beautiful carved detail. The table is skillfully inlaid with solid rouge marble to the top surface. The piece has a great design with a splendid out-curving shaped frieze and intricate pierced carved prunus blossom. The table dates from the late 19th century circa 1870. This measures 49 cms high, and 46 cms in diameter to the extremities of the frieze, the top being 40 cms in diameter.
