A superb quality Writing desk made by the renowned firm of Maples and dating to 1920. Made from Walnut with excellent burr walnut right round so can be free standing in a room. The drawers run smoothly fitted with original handles. Nice to have a 3 section leather top, we have replaced the leather. Nice carved edge and she sits on Queen Anne legs with ball and claw feet.
Having been re finished to a very high standard in excellent condition for the home.
