A rare and unusual English skeleton of long duration. The antique clock runs for two months on a single wind. The brass and steel movement having an open mainspring barrel and stopwork. The pendulum is a very attractive grid iron form. The silvered dial with Roman numerals and signed T Morgan Manchester. The movement sits on a oval rosewood base.

Circa 1860.
