Very unusual French antique Superking 6' wide bed with original cane bergere "arched" headboard and a low end footboard, circa 1900 and in super condition
The bed is in the louis xvi style with the fluted tapered legs and moulded frame, simple and very elegant for such a good size bed...this is a great bed for use in a smaller bedroom, but still wanting a big bed as with there being no footboard panel, gives a very different feel...also great if you happen to be quite tall and not want a footboard panel!
The bed is painted in an old off white and there is a pale duck egg highlight too, though if this isn't good for your colour scheme, we can easily repaint it for you.
The bed is supplied with its upholstered supporting box base and all supporting framework underneath, the original side rails too of course
I can offer you very good quality and good value superking pocket spring mattresses too
