Rare and stunning pair of Newlyn School copper mirrors by J & F Pool of Hayle who loved to use Scottish motifs to their work - hence the thistle to one side. On the other side is the Honesty plant after Knox.
Lovely to find a pair of Arts & Crafts mirrors of this quality. Good oak backs and original bevelled glass.
Frames Height 42cms. Width 38cms. Original bevelled mirror plates - height 25cms. Width 21cms. PLEASE NOTE, RED HOUSE ANTIQUES HAS NOW RETIRED.
