A large and impressive example of a lyre frame mahogany cheval mirror of the Regency period of truly elegant design. The frame holds the original mirror plate which has that characteristic misting of truly early mirror. The original castors are still in place and the brass fittings that would once have held the brass candle sconces to light Regency lady whilst dressing.
The mirror is in good original condition with an old repair to the right foot.
