Regency Flame Mahogany Bow Front Chest Of Drawers
This is a very handsome chest of drawers. It is Regency, dating to around 1820 and is a particularly good and usable example. The chest is made in mahogany and is bow shaped. The drawers have flame mahogany fronts and the top two drawers have lock and key. The drawers have wonderful quality lion mask brass handles and the chest itself has a deep shaped apron.
There is a lot of quality in this chest of drawers. The mahogany is rich and polished. The drawers fit well and run as they should.
The chest of drawers is in good condition. Marks that you would expect in a period chest of drawers.
This is a particularly good chest of drawers and is very usable and will look very good in a bedroom furnished in antiques.
The chest is 42 inches high and 41 inches wide and 21.5 inches deep.
