A very handsome English doorstop/door porter dating to the Regency period. Circa 1830. Quite a rare model being made from cast brass and cast iron. Modelled as a lions paw foot. The foot itself is made from cast iron with the stem and handle being made from cast brass. Completely original with the original colour intact. 15 1/8" tall x 4 1/8" wide x 3 1/4" deep. In very good condition and useable.
