Regency Mahogany Breakfast / Dining Table

An elegant antique Regency mahogany drop leaf breakfast table/occasional table. It stands on a reeded tripod with brass casters with acanthus patterned feet. It has an octagonal central column which supports the drop leaf top. The top is beautifully figured and has a crossbanded border on octagonal tapered pillar and four down-curved legs. The leaves are supported by wooden brackets. The top appears to have been recently french polished. The top and base are possibly a marriage.
