A very decorative Victorian copy of a German Renaissance bronze roundell. The original depicts Minos and Scylla and is dated 1569. The copy is superbly detailed and must have been taken directly from the original. The work has a good patina and is in the original frame which has a quirky bow to it. The roundell does have some minor pin holes not visible in the frame and a slight nick in the edge. The whole is a great example of electrotype copies made during the Victorian period and has a great period look. C.1880.

We are happy to organise deliveries to all destinations. Delivery of some items will be free depending on size, delivery method, and location. Where charges are made for delivery we try to be as cost effective as possible on your behalf. Deliveries can be organised all over the world so please do ask wherever you are.
