Robert Tavener Signed Painting of Windsor Castle

This is a fine unframed original Robert Tavener RE (1920-2004) signed ink and watercolour painting of Windsor Castle. It is very similar in composition and perspective to another original Tavener watercolour of Windsor Castle and the Victoria Monument which we have for sale.
The watercolour is signed bottom right with the title 'Windsor' in the artist's hand on a label top left.
Better known for his linocuts, Taverner also produced many watercolours with the South Downs landscape and historic buildings within a short drive of his home in Eastbourne providing the greatest inspiration and subject matter. Tavener also ventured further afield to places like Cheltenham and Windsor.
Dimensions: Paper (Image) 46 x 37.5 cm, Card 59.5 x 50 cm
Postage & packing: The picture can be posted to a UK address for £12.
