Rockingham Trio, Red Griffin Mark c1826-1830
We have for sale a really lovely Yorkshire Regency Rockingham porcelain trio.
The trio consists of a rococo teacup and saucer along with a coffee cup all beautifully decorated with light blue flowers interspaced with gilded stars. The base of the saucer is marked with the Rockingham/Brameld red griffin c1826-30 along with the pattern No 692. The bases of the coffee cup and saucer also carry the same pattern number.
The saucer is 6 (15cm) inches in diameter and the taller coffee cup is 3.5 inches (7.5cm) high. All are in a very good to excellent condition with next to no wear to the decoration or gilding. However there is a very very slight browning to the handles of the cups.
