This attractive little King Charles Spaniel lying on his cushion was designed for the Rosenthal company by 'Fritz Diller' in 1913. Diller worked for Rosenthal from 1913-1927. This particular example is dated for 1924 and carries an impressed mark of 'F Diller' on the surface of the cushion below the dog's left ear. An impressed mark on the base identifies it as Model K.287. It measures 7.5cm in width and is 6cm tall. It is in excellent condition with no evidence of damage or restoration.
