Royal Doulton Stoneware Baluster Vase with incised floral shoulders, the rim is incised FB & EB 13 April 1939 - these are the initials for Frank & Elsie Bloomer who were the directors of the Leeds Fireclay Co. who visited the Doulton factory on that day.
