Royal Doulton Syren Duveen Coffee Set Art Deco For 6
An attractive and highly collectable Syren coffee service crafted by the Royal Doulton porcelain factory. Made in the early 1930's in the fashionable Art Deco style. With hand painted decoration in pattern D.5102 named Duveen, a multi-coloured and scrolling leaf design.
The set is complete and comprises of a coffee pot with lid, six cups and saucers, milk jug and sugar bowl. All pieces are Royal Doulton factory marked, with Syren and D5102 stamps and registration number.

Condition In excellent condition, without chips, and no cracks or other damage. As is often found with ceramics of the period, various degrees of fine crazing can be found in the glaze of several pieces. All in all it is a beautiful set that will no doubt appeal to all Royal Doulton and Art Deco admirers. It is unusual to find this Syren Duveen set complete and without any missing pieces or structural damage.
