Surrounded with small sapphires and rubies.

The yellow metal is stamped 750 and K18 indicating 18ct but it is not hallmarked.

Approximate dimensions: central ruby including setting 8.6mm x 6.6mm, length of setting 26.8mm and 19.9mm across, band 3.6mm wide and .9mm thick, weight 8 grams.
There are surface marks associated with normal light use and age.
