super quality mahogany Scottish grandfather antique clock by Charles Shedden, Perth.
The pointed hood with three finials and turned column supports, white painted face with subsidiary seconds and date dials, unusual lyre shaped case with carved detail and flame mahogany bow front door and moulded panels, shaped apron and bracket feet.
the eight day movement strikes the hour on a bell.
this really is a most attractive clock in good working order and is not done justice by the photographs.
