A charming harlequin set of 4 antique ash & elm farmhouse kitchen chairs dating from circa 1920. Featuring turned beech legs with turned stretchers, shaped elm seats, tuned spindle uprights with shaped & pierced wheel splat back & ash hoop back. The chairs are solid and sturdy and have a lovely original colour and patina. There is a makers initials stamped to the back of one of the chairs. One chairs has a slightly different splat back, but otherwise the same.
