Offered for sale is this superb set of four Victorian mahogany bar back/ balloon back dining chairs in superb original condition with fine patina and dating to about 1870. The chairs are a lovely mellow brown mahogany colour. The set of four mahogany chairs have a shaped and carved back rail above overstuffed seats recovered in a neutral cream and gold fabric and standing on ring turned supports. The set of dining chairs are in excellent showroom condition with all joints firm and have been cleaned, revived and waxed. Over the past 30 years we have sold over a thousand sets of chairs along with hundreds of dining antique tables to satisfied customers.
