Set 8 Edwardian Georgian Mahogany Dining Chairs
Antique Set Eight Edwardian Mahogany Dining Chairs in the Georgian Style and dating from around 1900. Constructed form solid mahogany and with six chairs and two elbow chairs with shepherds crook armrests and each chair having a serpentine shaped top rail above a central vase shaped back splat and all with drop in seat pads upholstered in velvet fabric and standing on squared and tapering legs on a spade foot joined by squared stretchers.
Each chair measures 38" high x seat height 17" x 19" deep x 20" wide
Each Elbow Chair measures 39" high x seat height 17" x 19.5" deep x 23" wide
In very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our antique furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
