Set of 4 Edwardian Queen Anne Style Dining Chairs
This attractive set of antique dining chairs date from c.1910. They have what we believe to be mahogany frames with walnut back splats. The chairs are in the Queen Anne style, with shaped high backs and shaped back splats. They are supported on cabriole front legs terminating in pad feet and square swept legs at the back. They have removable upholstered seat pads. The upholstery is not original.
Condition: Overall this set of chairs are in good usuable condition with some wear consistent with age and use. There is some scuffing and wear to the woodwork as might be expected and they are overall a little faded and dulled. The chairs have some movement in the joints, more so to one chair, but they are usuable. The upholstery has some grubby marks and fading.
