Set of 4 mahogany Regency dining chairs
Antique set of 4 mahogany Regency dining chairs.
Date from C1825. Fantastic age, colour and patina. Beautiful front legs and carved Trafalgar twist backs.
Solid and strong with no loose joints. No woodworm.
Good new reupholstery job in a heavy weight upholstery fabric, with a natural, light oatmeal colour.
Overall maximum dimensions:
48cmW x 57cmD x 86cmH (46cmH seat when sat on).
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique furniture of this age. Historical structural repairs (to be expected with any period set of dining chairs), but all is good and strong now. We have not inspected beneath the upholstery, but the seats are firm with no nasty lumps or bumps.
