A set of six very attractive, early Victorian period, mahogany dining chairs. These chairs have all their fine original polished surface which is in excellent condition, they have shaped and carved balloon backs and stand on finely turned and fluted front legs. The seats are of the drop in type, the covers have been replaced recently and are in good clean condition. They are in excellent, strong, sound, original condition throughout. Sizes: 18”(46cms) wide, 16”(40cms) seat depth. 33”(84cms) high. Seat height: 18”(46cms). Date circa 1840. I have reluctantly decided that after 60 years spent in this marvellous business it is, figuratively speaking, time to hang up my cheque book. I have therefore made considerable reductions to the prices of most of my stock. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if any items are of interest. Deliveries carried at as normal.
