Set of Six Early Victorian Rosewood Dining Chairs
A quite superb quality set of six early Victorian rosewood dining chairs, having ornate shaped backs with C-scroll carving to the uprights and splats, upholstered stuff-over seats, and raised on elegant baluster turned legs to the front and swept sabre legs to the rear.

Condition and Details of Restoration
These chairs are in original structural condition and completely sound. The polish has been refinished, by hand by our own craftsmen in the traditional manner. There are minor old marks underneath the polish as might be expected on chairs of this age. The upholstery has been replaced, once again by our own craftsmen, with horsehair, in the traditional manner.
