A smart and very useful pair of open mahogany bookcases in the antique Sheraton style. These were made in England, they date from around the 1950-60’s.
The quality is fantastic, these are very tall and have storage space for lots of books. Each has five adjustable shelves, they sit on plinth bases and have lovely overhanging cornices. The mahogany has some beautiful inlaid satin wood towards the tops, these are quite slim from front to back, so are not too imposing.

We have had these recently re-polished, they are in excellent condition for their age, with just some minor age related wear under the polish here and there.
