Lovely English Regency Side Chair - Leather Seat - c1830
This attractive piece of antique furniture offers classic style and huge character and is presented is good condition.
A well proportioned piece with traditionally upholstered seat which benefits greatly from a patinated leather upholstery. It will serve wonderfully as an office chair, study seat or hallway feature piece.
The chair is a quality example with a strong mahogany frame presenting a pleasing curved top rail and matching back-splat.
Bulbous turning to the front legs and moulded front rail deliver desirable style.
The supportive seat offers a generous seat height of 46cm (18.1").
The piece displays beautifully and is solid of joint. The leather seat displays expected signs of age which do not detract.
