A lovely timepiece made by famous London Maker John Forrest who made mostly for the

Admiralty "The British Royal Navy” called a fusee chain driven movement, lovely deep tick
Condition is still very good for its age Full English Hallmarks 1859 and working well 161 years old and would have been made for Navy officer

The Enamel Dial is in excellent condition no cracks or chip which is quite remarkable, the case does have some light bruising and top loop with some play but this is really nothing much
for this age watch, movement all signed and serial numbers engraved, watch glass does have surface scratches, but again nothing much and would not replace

Size 50cms across comes with possible the original steel watch key,
