A stunning Solid Silver Chronograph Pocket watch owned by the watchmaker Charles Evans of Coventry with Full Hallmarks for Birmingham 1895 in Excellent working condition having recently been serviced
Strong high quality silver case with beautiful initials on the back CE ,with engraving all around the outer rim, strong top bow with gold coloured winding button, inner dust cover
High quality chronograph jewel movement working fine and keeping good time
Watch dial without cracks or hairlines ,black numerals, gold coloued hands, large black sweep timer hand and the stop and start catch on the side still works. with original bezelled edge glass
Watch signed on the movement Charles Evans Coventry 1895 and on the front dial with 1895 and conformation with his initials on the black of the watch, the gentleman the watch came from was a family friend of the Evans family and lived in Warwick close to Coventry
A great watch to collect and rare to find original watchmaker own watch in such stunning condition watch size 57mm diameter
