Good set of six late 19th.c. ash and elm kitchen chairs c.1880. Shaped top rail and turned spindles over elm saddle seats, raised on turned legs and stretchers. Stamped maker’s mark BHC to the underside of each. Old damage to the shoulders of two chairs, otherwise very good original condition.
